1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between the eligible account holder and Mayora4D. They apply to the website at mayora4d.cam, the Mayora4D account system, casino games, live dealer games, lottery-style products, sports betting markets, promotions, payment services, customer support, and any related functionality made available through the platform.

Additional rules may apply to a particular game, sports market, payment method, or promotion. Those specific rules form part of this agreement. If a promotional condition conflicts with these general terms, the specific promotional condition will apply only to that promotion. Continued use after an announced revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Mayora4D terms.

2. Definitions

• “Wager” means a casino stake, sports bet, live bet, lottery entry, or other permitted gaming transaction.

3. Account Eligibility and Registration

Mayora4D is available only to persons aged 21 or above. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement and must determine whether online gambling is permitted in the jurisdiction where you are physically located. Mayora4D does not claim to be regulated by the Malaysian Government, and Malaysian users remain responsible for understanding applicable local laws.

A player may maintain only one Mayora4D account unless written approval is provided by authorised support personnel. Registration information must be complete, current, and accurate. You must not register on behalf of another person, use false identity details, impersonate another individual, or allow a minor to access your account.

Identity and source-of-funds checks

Mayora4D may request proof of identity, age, address, payment ownership, or source of funds at registration, before withdrawal, or when risk monitoring identifies unusual activity. Acceptable records may include a Malaysian identity document, passport, proof of address, bank statement, or payment receipt. Mayora4D may restrict account activity until requested checks are completed satisfactorily.

4. Account Security and Player Responsibilities

You are responsible for protecting your username, password, device access, and authentication details. Do not share credentials or leave an active Mayora4D session unattended. Activity completed through correctly entered account credentials may be treated as authorised unless Mayora4D receives prompt notice of suspected compromise.

If you notice an unfamiliar login, payment, wager, or profile change, contact support immediately and change your password. Mayora4D may temporarily lock the account while the matter is reviewed. Players must not sell, transfer, lend, or otherwise provide their accounts to another person.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Ownership

Mayora4D may support MYR deposits through methods such as DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and approved digital assets. Availability, minimum amounts, maximum amounts, processing times, and fees may vary by account status and payment channel.

Payment instruments must belong to the registered Mayora4D account holder. Third-party deposits, anonymous transfers, reversed transactions, and payments from an unverified source may be rejected, returned, or held for review. A deposit does not guarantee eligibility for a promotion unless every published promotional requirement is met.

Withdrawal conditions

Withdrawals are normally returned to a verified method associated with the player. Before processing, Mayora4D may require completed KYC checks, confirmation that deposits have cleared, completion of applicable bonus terms, and investigation of security or anti-fraud alerts. Processing estimates are not guarantees because banks, e-wallets, FPX services, blockchain networks, and maintenance windows may cause delays.

Mayora4D may cancel a withdrawal request and return the amount to the account when required information is missing. Players must review the recipient details carefully. Blockchain transfers sent to an incorrect address or network may be irreversible.

6. Bonuses, Promotions and Loyalty Rewards

Mayora4D promotions may specify a minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, maximum stake, wagering multiplier, contribution percentage, validity period, withdrawal cap, excluded payment methods, and country or account restrictions. Players must review the displayed offer terms before opting in.

Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. A bonus may expire if its wagering requirement is not completed within the published period. Withdrawing a cash balance while an active bonus remains may cancel the bonus and any associated bonus-derived winnings.

Welcome offers are generally limited to one per person, household, shared device, payment method, or IP environment. Mayora4D may withhold or remove promotional value where accounts are duplicated, coordinated, or used primarily to exploit an offer. Birthday, referral, migration, cashback, and VIP rewards remain subject to verification and their stated conditions.

7. Casino Games, Live Football and Sports Betting

A wager is accepted only after it has been recorded by the Mayora4D system and appears in the relevant transaction or betting history. An attempted wager affected by insufficient funds, lost connectivity, market suspension, or incomplete confirmation is not valid merely because the player intended to place it.

Sports markets, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, esports, and live football, are settled according to the displayed market rules and official result sources selected by Mayora4D. Overtime, penalties, abandoned events, postponements, participant withdrawals, and venue changes are handled under the applicable market rule.

Clear technical or pricing errors may be corrected. If an obviously incorrect odd, payout, jackpot amount, game configuration, or settlement is displayed, Mayora4D may void the affected wager or resettle it at the correct value. This provision is applied reasonably and is not intended to reverse a valid loss or winning result simply because it is unfavourable to either party.

8. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

Mayora4D requires honest individual play. Players must not use bots, automated betting software, account-sharing services, collusion, stolen payment credentials, manipulated documents, network interference, unauthorised scripts, bonus-abuse strategies, or methods designed to exploit a technical fault.

Coordinated betting, opposite-side wagering intended to convert restricted bonus funds, unusual payment cycling, and attempts to conceal account links may be investigated. During an investigation, Mayora4D may suspend wagering or withdrawals and request further evidence. Confirmed fraud, cheating, or unlawful activity may result in void wagers, removed promotional proceeds, account closure, and reporting where legally required.

9. Responsible Gambling and Age Protection

Mayora4D is intended for adult entertainment only. Gambling should never be treated as employment, an investment, or a way to recover debt. Players should set an affordable entertainment budget, avoid chasing losses, and take regular breaks from casino and sports betting activity.

Mayora4D may suspend or close an account for material breach, underage access, false registration details, failed verification, security risk, suspected fraud, abusive conduct toward staff, prohibited account duplication, or legal and compliance reasons. 11. Platform Availability and Limitation of Liability

Players are responsible for maintaining a suitable device, secure internet connection, and accurate payment details.
